any ideas what maker this tang stamp represents? To me it looks like the number 7 at an angel with a line to it.

Rugerdaisey, slow down before you go giving us a thumbs down and saying something you gotta censor. Were a bunch of fun loving fellers who like to crack a joke, but some of these guys here are the most helpful you'll ever meet. Just don't be an hole.

Is there anything at all on the back side of the tang or is there any etch on the blade itself.

That's an odd mark and if that's all that's on the razor, I'd be leaning toward some European country as its origin.

And if Willie's never seen it, it's scarce.
