All About Pocket Knives

When I tried to scroll down the list of available numbers for the Feb. Knife give away , I couldn't get to the number 66 without the numbers all disappearing from the screen...so I hit submit finally to see what would happen ,and it submitted #3 . Can I cancel the 3 and have the number of my favorite highway instead ?
