Irish "Farmers Stock Knife" : restore/parts

Not sure who maker is: Main blade reads " Farmers Stock Knife" in large letters. At the base it looks "JV Wial Republic of Ireland." I have found no references to this mfg online. Have you heard of them? What you see is what you get. All blades in good condition. No handles on either side. Perhaps someone could combine the old Wyeths knife parts and some new wood for a project?

You got me. 2nd letter appears to be a V. It's got some kind of logo design next to brand name. But I can't make out what it is.
