Y'all got me excited by confirming my Bullet so I started digging through the few old knives that I do have. I don't know if its even possible but can anyone ID this one or possibly just date it. It says old to me but I'm not really sure. Unfortunately any stamps or etchings that may have once been visible no longer are. Thanks everyone!

Your knife appears to be a tool kit knife if there is a empty slot for a blade to slip into on the end with the visible pin. I have a identical knife marked Bridgeport Hardware Mfg. Corp. that made knives around 1897. Other knife companies made this pattern and were very close in shape and handle material. Mine came in a pouch with 5 tools. ___Dave

Yep, I think Dave is right on with his post.
The wood handles help date it but without a tang stamp it's pretty hard to come up with much info. These knives without the pouch and tools don't command much money. Here is a picture of what the knife might look like if whole.

Here's mine. A Clauss, Freemont, Ohio.
It's a great bench knife.
Notice the inside bar for attaching other tools.

I have quite a few of the tool kit knives and it looks to be of German origin judging by the protruding pin. The only USA manufacturer to use that was Utica and that doesn't look like any Utica I have seen. Most of them have jigged black comp scales.
It also doesn't have the lock release as most of the higher end tool kit knives have so I would say it was likely a mid-1930's German kit.

Thanks for all the quick responses. I have a couple more for y'all here in a while. I knew the other end looked different so I should have posted a pic of that for y'all but I guess the protruding pins gave it away anyway. Thanks again for the help!
