Early Schrade Electricians

A Schrade in this older style is a new one for me, does anyone know how long they were made in this style and if it was made by Schrade or contracted for them?
Is that a liner lock, or do you push down on the spear blade to unlock the screwdriver blade?
Also what is the closed length?
Those answers will help us date it.
I couldn't see the liner lock. That's the problem with reading the forums on a small tablet.
