Cattaraugus - Fake er not

This one stands out to me as a complete fake.
1) No pattern number that I can see.
2) I've never seen chased bolsters that wide on a legit Catt
3) Bone looks newly dyed. Look at top and bottom. No dye.
4) Never seen a shield like this on a Catt.
Could be wrong. Anyone else have any thoughts on this?

Someone had to be sniffing glue to come up with that shield.

And yet this "$&*%#@" of a seller still has 100% positive feedback

... no doubt the eBay system is terribly flawed... or the buyers don't know any better... either way I have in the past (from the first knife I saw of his that I had interest in there was a red flag and never bid) and would advise as the others above note - stay clear of him and don't waste your time and money.....

I'm a great believer in Karma.
Tommy will get what's coming to him some day.
