Very nice indeed, you and carvin don never cease to amaze me..
with winter bout to get into full swing in the north woods,
do you ever take orders for carvings like the cowboy Don has done in the past ???
Enjoy seeing all the carvings from AAPK members
My Grandpa used to do some whittlin, and it always captivated me watchin him

I wish I had time to carve. I have given away most of the things I have carved in the past and haven't had the time to make any thing new in years. I think pretty much anyone could whittle. Get an old coloring book and trace a simple drawing out and start removing everything outside the lines. Things like owls and fish have simple lines and don't have parts that break off easily. Thanks for posting. ___Dave
