Scalpel blade folding knife

Gentlemen,
I am looking for a small as possible folding knife, suitable for a key-ring, which can accept Swann & Morton (or equivalent) No. 11 (http://www.google.com/imgres?imgurl=htt ... pgodyjEDSQ) carbon steel scalpel blades, suitable for a No. 3 (http://www.google.com/imgres?imgurl=htt ... pgodyjEDSQ), (not No. 4), scalpel handle.
I know of the Havalon, but it is far too large, particularly for a blade 1 5/8" long, with a 3/4" cutting edge.
If such is not made, it seems to me someone should. Maybe someone can, will.
