Well, we'll all keep our eyes open.
Just a thought...have you called A. G. Russell to see if he had one sitting around? He did sell that series, and you never know.

Good hunting.

Knowtracks, I see Bill Horn at Cumberland Knife works has a Series #3, File & Wire ATS-34 steel Toothpick for $69.00. It appears to be Rootbeer color not Red though. Great looking knife. Too bad it's not red. You might want to give him a call. You never know what he has in his inventory.

Jim,
That is the newer, but smaller Toothpick. I'm pretty sure that Knowtracks is looking for the 5" version from the earlier series. Or, maybe I missed the larger one on the site.
I've been wrong before...just ask my wife and/or young ones.

Your right Bill. I checked again, and the knife he has listed is 4 1/4" closed. I'd still check with Bill to see if he has what Knowtracks wants. I've called Bill before and was amazed he had some knives from the 1990's still. Bill is a super nice guy and really reasonable.

I sent A.G. an email but haven't heard back. Maybe just too busy!
I tried Bill Horn months ago & he's long sold out. Sooner or later one will surface, Thanks for the help men.

I stumbled on this board while looking for info on the exact knife. Mine is new and in the box....picked it up in a box of cigar stuff at an auction today.....I didn't pay much but I can't find any prices for it. Any info would be appreciated.

Sorry it took so long to get back to you Blues
You aleady know all the other information so just a price.
The last few I've seen go through ebay went for a minimum of $80.00 with 1 selling for about $120.00.
Quite alittle bit for a single blade knife, but I believe the few with the ATS-34 blade etch will be worth more as time goes on.

Thanks for getting back to me Dave. As you can probably tell I don't know much about knives.....I was focused on the rare cigars in the flat I bought and the knife was an afterthought. I figured I'd take the knife to work to use as a work knife.....until I looked at it closely and I knew it was a sweet looking knife.
