All About Pocket Knives

I'm looking for a stiddy. Someone's gotta have one they're not making full use of, or it's taking up space that could be used for other stuff. Holler back, plz.

It's a specialized anvil for repairing or making of knives. They're not all the same but this is a common design.

Monica, I've discovered that no matter how long you've been a member of AAPK, you're always learning something new. Sometimes on a daily basis.

I might have one available soon. It's the one I'm using now, but I'm having a new one made. The only problem I've had with my current one is that it wasn't heat treated so it starts to show a few dings eventually. It's made of A2 tool steel (as will my new one). I plan on having the new one heat treated before I start using it, then my old one will be available. Right now when the dings on the surface on my current one start to be a problem, I just use my belt grinder to smooth the surface smooth again. At present, I have no idea when the new one will be done, but feel free to contact me if you'd like to check back on the availability of my old one.

Unfortunately, no. The guy has several things he needs to get back to me about and many of them are to his advantage (free items from me, etc.). You'll be the first to know when mine becomes available and the price will be worth the wait.
