Straight Razor

Way off topic here but not much new being posted. Found this Red Imp / Case straight razor in a junk box at a flea market with broken handles. A very nice guy has posted an excellent, step by step tutorial on YouTube about bringing these back to life. The only handle material I had that was long enough is the candy stripe I got from Kaleb and I had to go on line to find the tiny washers you use to put these back together with. Kind of a fun project. The original handles were about .0110 the candy stripe is .0125. Not a big difference.
I'm going to buff and shine the handles to get the fine scratches out. I am not going to spend 4 hours restoring the blade to split hair as the shown in the YouTube video.
I was taking pictures and decided to go ahead and include this.
