What do you think of this pattern number?

So I'm in a conversation with the seller of this knife. I believe that this is an added pattern number on top of the original pattern number. I have an HD touchscreen computer that allows for super enlargement and zoom
capabilities. What is clear are the discrepancies in the individual numbers themselves but behind the top pattern stamp is what I see as the original pattern number which could be R1323 or R1363.
