Minty Picklock - Salesman Sample?

Here is a great picklock with attractive horn. Stamped INOX and the number2700 on back of blade. Salesman sample or fake? maybe its a price?!
Excellent condition! I would lean with salesman sample. The writing looks European, and I have a 9" humpback with similar marking and I've seen a true salesman's sample kit with stilettos marked the same way.
