When I found this knife it was a basket case. The back handle was broken in half and on the bottom end the blades kind of flopped about. I spent months looking for a piece of bone to work on the back of this. I was able to find bone that matched the front from another knife but once they have holes in them it is almost impossible to find something that will line up just right. The pc of bone on the back came from PA and was taken from a Case hawk bill type knife. It was big enough the exisitng holes weren't an issue. Sent the knife to Kaleb (muskrat man) and he took it apart put the handle on and built the springs and blades back up. Beautiful knife now and the pictures don't do it justice. Has great walk and talk on all 3 blades and the handles actually look better when you're holding the knife. Kaleb did a great job on this and thought I would share his work.

Looks great Bob! Nice work Kaleb!

Not a common CASE knife for sure. I have one in similar condition I carry often. Mine has been worked also to some extent.

Great save guys! Regards, Jerry
