those are awesome wow! I think my opinion Remington made the best knifes back in the day.

Well, I guess I have one too. Not sure. There is no number stamp on this knife. It has an early Rem. stamp, if that makes any difference. It's 3 5/8" long.
Beautiful knives being shown.

Thanks Harold. They're a great knife. I like the long elegant nail nick they put in the secondary.

IT IS MY UNDERSTANDING..............
NO PATTERN # STAMP = WRIGLEYS GUM GIVE AWAY KNIFE (HUGE CONTRACT!!)
PATTERN # STAMP = REG PRODUCTION RUN
OTHERS HAVE A SHIELD TO SHOW CONTRACT = BABY RUTH , CURTISS , WILD DUCK , ETC.........

Thanks junebug, I had no idea it was a give away.
As I remember I had to give quite a bit of cabbage for mine.
