Cold steel

I know very little about these knives, just traded for a 12" recon tanto made in usa carbon Vtm. Any info would be appreciated.
I believe if the knife is a Carbon V model, it was made by Camillus for the Cold Steel folks. Here is a little ditty from an internet site.....
