imperial knife 'really odd'

my mother recently passed on, mom and dad collected many items but this i have never seen.
it is a imperial with a knife blade on one end and a inset pin on the other, it came in a plastic pouch, along with five blade attachment that hooks on to the pin and locks in place, one is a file,one is a screw driver blade, and one is a combination can openeron top and a bottle opener on bottom, one looks like an awl, the other ooks like a blade to pry lids off.
