Welp .. . yet another reason to
be thankful for some of the club members.

bought a Case & Sons e-toe needing a sheild.

bought a donor knife (sheild)..
sent em BOTH off to Bob P. (super cutler)

He dun his magic....

Sure am grateful to him..

Thanks for the nice words guys, but I'm only as good as the parts I have to work with. Dave sent me exactly what was needed to pull this one off. The original shield on the ET must have been a bit thinner than the donor shield because I had to deepen the shield area just a bit to make this one fit properly and I didn't want to make the new shield any thinner. After repinning the shield, the pins blended in really well and that's when I knew he'd be happy with this one. Yes, I like repairing the old ones, but restoring one is more rewarding.
