All About Pocket Knives

......I've got a Robeson baby humpback whittler I bought on the old smkw knife show back in 2007, stag handles, stainless blades, 3 1/8" closed, 1 of 150. I think steve koontz had these made from an old original Remington he owned. I think I paid $90.00 for it. does anyone know anything about them, mainly, have they increased in value????.................. ......................

I can only tell you that, as far as I know, Robeson never made such a knife.

But, I've been surprised before.

Queen made modern knife.I had a new one in the box that I sold a couple months ago for $65.I did make money on it.

Any chance of a photo of what we are talking about?

Here's two.
As noted above, they are copies of the rare Remington Norfolk whittlers.
They cannot be Robeson reproductions if Robeson never made one to begin with.

Thanks, Charlie. Nice looking knives no matter who made them. Good point about the impossibility of a reproduction of something that never existed before.

.........the bottom one is like mine!!.........so, queen made them and just put the Robeson name on them???....I remember steeve koontz saying they(queen) disassembled his knife and made patterns of all the parts...I guess they couldn't get permission from Remington to put the original name on them???............. .....................

Ontario Knife Co. Owns the Robeson name.They also owned Queen when your knife was made.

Not directly related to your question but I have a similar knife. This however is a lockback Norfolk whittler made by Cargill.
