Camillus 4 line pen blade needed

Hey guys, I'm in need of a Camillus 4 line pen blade for an 3 1/2" Sward Brand jack.
Blade has half stop.
(I guess an unstamped blade could do if there is not a 4 line available)
The tang measures .071 thick.
