Challenge cutlery VERY OLD boyscout knife info anyone???

I found this knife in the ground 20 years ago in a park in Boston. I can't find any info on the internet. It say challenge cutlery and somthing else the base of the blade. But tryin to find when, where and how many were made. Also curious if it's worth anything thanks.

I have a couple similar knives I brought over from France, most I can tell you. Certainly looks like an American flag though.

Yea def a boyscout knife I found it in the ground 20 years ago as a kid and u could tell it was there for along time. But I can't find this on the Internet anywhere.
