All About Pocket Knives

Is there a general number you can call or email address or even a physical address out there to contact GEC?

I've heard good things about their customer service and repairing knives quickly, but I can't seem to find any contact information. I've been trying to either trade or sell two knives because of their difficult pull and now have a THIRD one I bought because of the seller's misinformation about the pull. All the knives have fantastic finish and are solid as a rock, but I struggle to open all three of them and I'm thinking rather than push my troubles off on someone else, let GEC fix the dang things.

Any info where I can get started would be great. Thanks.
