Re-furbisher for higher?

This knife keeps calling me. He knows my name and is trying to make me feel sorry for him. He wants a good cleaning, a polish and a sharpening. I keep trying to tell him that I don't collect knives. I don't actually even own one, and I'm not likely to start carrying one nor am I likely to start a collection or anything. He said he'd be happy to live in my underwear drawer 
So how much would it cost to give this guy a new lease on life?
