Need Repair on a Case XX 5265 SAB Folding Hunter

Looking for some that can repair or replace the rear bolster pin in this Case. Apparentally a previous owner tried to replace the pin and didn't do to good of a job. The blades are loose as are the bolster covers. I sent the knife back to Case's repair shop saying I know the knife was not under warranty anymore because it's been altered and was willing to pay for any repairs. They just returned with a note saying it was altered and they couldn't do anything. I wasn't impressed with their response, I got the same response once before. I'd really like to get it fixed because I like the knife. Can anyone help here? I appreciate any help! Thanks!
