Please tell me what I have here!

I searched my "Remington Knives, past & present" from front to back and I can't find this knife. Can anyone shed any light on what it is I have here? The knive measures 5" long with the blade closed.

Its not an original Remington, its a recent reproduction. It has delrin handles made to resemble stag. I don't know the pattern number, but I do remember seeing one in a Smokey Mtn Knife catalog. I'll try to dig thru some back issues and see if I can come up with a pattern number.
