Looking for a carver to make a walking stick handle

I have an old walking stick I would like a handle carved for, such as a eagle ?

Try Carvin Don , he is the best. I cant say if he would do it but he is amazing.

My friend Tom Stratton is best known for his beautiful filework on knives, but his carving work is pretty amazing too. Let me know if you want to contact him.
