Need help on this Multi-Tool Knife

Can anyone help with the Maker, Age and Value of this Multi-Tool Knife. Sorry, that is the only mark on the Tang, and it is really worn. it is 4 inches long when closed. Thanks!

Can't read the maker's name but by the shape of the can opener and screwdriver it is definitely French. I have several of varying quality.Don't recall seeing one with jigged bone scales before.Nice knife!
