Newbie with old knives

Hey all,
I've been a fan of knives since I was a wee lad. My dad gave me my first pocket knife when I was 8 or so. A Victorinox Swiss Champ. I loved that knife very much. I even used it to prune our trees that were more than 40'tall. Anyways, onto why I'm here.
I recently acquired a pair of Case pocket knives from my 92yr old grandfather. Ones a Case tested xx from the 20's-40's if my dating is correct. And the other is a little bit newer version Case USA 10 dot. And they are in very poor condition. The worst of the 2 (Case tested xx) is missing the liner cover panels. My question to you folks is, is there any place I can send them in to get refurbished? Does Case offer this service?
I would add pictures if the site would let me. However the bbc img code is turned off (not sure how or if able to turn on) and the attachment button isn't being responsive. I click and nothing happens.
Thanks for looking.
