All About Pocket Knives

so, I did the single blade trapper, working on a sunfish and grandaddy barlow. I have been up to my ears in work, and am out of the supplies I need to finish the two knives mentioned above. I managed to snag a couple free hours this evening and started on a hawkbill. The liners are only temporary, I plan to work out a different design tonight, something like a trapper frame maybe, barehead of course . It will probably get some nice stag . All the moving parts are fitted, just need some new liners, bolsters, scales and a final edge, I'm leaving it a fine brushed finish. .

MM, is that ricasso etched? It loks like it might even be damascus.

no etch, and not damascus, just some patina.
