Kissing Crane lockback Q......

Picked this up at a yard sale today along with a couple others.Unsharpened and except for a small crack on the mark side in great shape except that the straight nail mark runs into the swedge.Stamped "Kissing Crane Since 1834" on one side and "KC6116RD Stainless" on the other.
I'm assuming that the stamp indicates a Kissing Crane Model 6116 with Red Bone scales and a stainless steel blade. What I'm NOT seeing is the words Solingen Germany anywhere. Does anyone know if this is in fact a German made knife or is it an,"offshore" product? Newer knives are not in my field of expertise.Fit and finish are good and the price was right(all 3 knives cost me $5).
