All About Pocket Knives

Recently I acquired this extra slim pen whittler. Tang stamped Waterbury Knife Co. I haven't been able to find when this company was making knives. Would very much like to get an idea how old my knife is. It is ivory handled and was carried and sharpened by someone for a long time. Sorry my cheap camera isn't able to get a close-up of the stamp. Hope someone here can help me out as I really like this little knife.

I'm not sure but this could be a Waterville Knife Co. stamp since they were located in Waterburry Connecticut At any rate looks to be turn of the century or older. Goins' book shows the stamp but no other information.
