Auction pickups and questions

Picked up a few knives at a local auction that are knives that I don't know alot about so have a few questions. Thanks for any feedback.
Russell Green River. I've not seen another with a handle like this. Do you think this is the original handle and approximate age?
Craftsman - I really like the bone handles. Almost green bone. The shield is upside down...or is it? Did they come that way. I like the grind on the primary blade and the etch is still there "Craftsman 9472". How old is this knife. Who made it?
Gerber - This is a very heavy knife that locks open strong and perfectly matches the back spring. Stamped on the front GERBER and Portland OR on the back. Approximately when was this knife made?
Browning - This is a Browning USA. Which are more desirable the Browning USA's or the Browning Germany's
Boker - Still has some of the etch "Premium Stock Knife 7474". Based on the tang stamp how old?
Lot's of questions I know but these are all brands that I am not too familiar with.
