Here's one I picked up from our good buddy Knifekid this week. Really neat scales, the bone has that old world look. GEC #73 Scout 3 3/4, Rogers Green Tea.

Very Nice, the Rogers bone with dye made from green tea leaves. I wonder what would hapen if I used coffee for dye, seems like I may be able to control the color of brown, then I have heard of using walnut husks for both leather dye and to dye bone scales.

That is the one I finally chose for, my

Me too Johnnie, it is just a really great look in bone, hey lobo, I think you picked one of the good ones my friend.

I feel bad that I can't get the earlier ones. But you can't have everything. Maybe someday. Thanks to all for the comments.
