Here is a letter from the Pulver Chewing Gum Company to their sales reps detailing how to obtain a nice Robeson NO-RUSTAIN 619872 lockback, folding guard hunting knife by selling or placing two Pulver gum dispensing machines.
I consider that a very nice premium.

I have an example of the knife and the letter, the knife and the Pulver pin are enclosed in a shadow box type frame and displayed thusly when I set up at a knife show.

Badass displays Charlie! Really like the OP knife and letter display shadow box. I am sure you know swing guards are my favorite. But the knife and letter display are truely awesome.
