R4243 Camp Knife

Being not really in the know about Remingtons I kind of naive bought the Remington because I quite a little bit into boy scout knives. I was expecting one of those nice little fellows that slip easily into a box scouts pocket when I unpacked this mother of a camp knife!
Whoa, this one´s big! You better put your big jeans on when taking this one out for camping.
Unfortunately this one came without a box but I love it anyway......

That is a honkin' piece of hardware Captain, no doubt about that! I love the clip blade and the configuration with a pen blade instead of a can opener. She's a keeper for sure, thanks for sharing!

That's a nice one Captain very much like the Sears Craftsman camp knife that also had a clip blade

That´s 4 7/8 Jerry! I underastand that this knife is also available with Delrin handles, this one has dark red jigged bone instead.
