How many Parker Abalone Eagle Bullet Trappers are there?

I have 5 Parker Abalone Eagle Bullet Trappers. The circa 1980 Mottled light blue bone handle made for Knife World, the circa 1988 set of three (dark blue bone handle, black micarta handle and rosewood handle) made for Cutlery World, and a circa 1980 (?) Mother of Pearl handle with a fancy bolster. Does any one know if there are any others?
Parker also made bullet trappers without the abalone eagle insert that were otherwise exactly the same size and configuration. Does any one know how many handle variations there are and what they would be?
