Hatchet knife

I have a knife that I would like a little history on and value if possible. It is an Imperial, one blade a hatchet the other a large blade. I had one many years ago (in the 50's) that was an (?) olcut with the same configuration. This is a quality made knife, and probably dates back to the 40's or 50's also. I will try and post a picture.

Way back when I had the Olcut someone looked it up in a collectors book, and told me the value was $400 (This was in the 70's). I can't seem to find any other information on this Imperial, any help is appreciated. Thank you.
