Beautiful and the box art is fabulous! A lot of times you can judge the approximate age of an item by the style of lettering used.From the looks of that I would say it was 1900 to 1920 but that is just a guess.
I posted a shaving kit on this forum that had inside a small bar of Palmolive soap with the name of the Lucerne Hotel in New Jersey inside.The label on the reverse showed the room rates at the time: Two dollars and fifty cents per WEEK! And that was with a built in bath! Just a room was $1.25.

Most "barber" hones are in the 7K to 10K grit range.

Ended up with a few in my pile over the years. The top one is a man made "coticule", really slick stone. I haven't found much use for it. The Black Beauty is nice for touching up an edge. The AHCONITE next to it is pretty fast and has two sides. The back side is really coarse and I have set bevels with it. The two VELVET EDGE stones are pretty fast cutters too. The fastest of the bunch pictured is that little oval shaped COSMOS hone. It will put an edge back in a hurry. All of them seem to work the best with later style "full hollow" ground razors. Most work best with a dollop of lather on the stone.

Nice hones! If you magnify the Standard box, it reads to use a little lather. My dad was a barber and used lanolin lather to clean and maintain his strop.
