Montana Maple

Just got this Jumbo Hunter back from Muskrat Man. She had a real weak spring & thin plastic scales. I didn't mind the original color but the plastic had to go! I sent it off with a block of Maple Burl from right here in Madison County, Maple is quite rare here in Montana.
Kaleb did a great job on the make-over, nickel-silver pins & the action is greatly improved. Plus he started with a thicker scale & tapered the burl so that it fills the hand much better. She was terribly thin originally for this size slippy. 9 1/2" OAL, 5 3/8 closed.
She's going in my back pocket except when I'm in the saddle.
Here is a couple of shots of the original & the new & improved version.
