All About Pocket Knives

Is there a definitive pocket knife encyclopedia/identification/price/history/guidebook out there that I should have?

If I own one book about pocket knives, what should it be?

Granted, I consider you good folk the definitive pocket knife encyclopedia/identification/price/history/guidebook out there, but I can't always have internet access.

if your main interest is case, i suggest sargent's guide. there are many more. i have 16 different books and a couple of different editions. i also think witcher's counterfeit is a must have reference.

Jim Sargent does make a good book, the only downfall is that it limited to only a few brands, but as Jonet143 says, if you like Case knives, it would be an excellent book to have. I really like J. Bruce Voyles guide to antique knives. He give prices in 7 different grades, prices alot of different brands, and gives mention of several hundred other brands of knives. If I were going to limit myself to just 1 knife book, thats the one I think I would have.
