I think this knife belongs in this thread. 4 1/4" Cigar type Jack.
Nice shield, worm grooved bone and older. Maybe 100 years or
more??--- This knife is not in the best condition but OK. Curved
Tang Stamp on master.

What is it about the knife that makes you say it's not in the best condition?
It's a beautiful knife.
Are the springs weak? Are the blades loose?
I think you've got a rare one there.

It may be awhile before you find a better one.

I wasn't trying to say I didn't like the knife. I do very much it is OK, and I know you
don't see the old knives by the good old companies often. Both blades snap and
very little play.

Hated to see that one go but it went to a very good home. One of the best cigar jacks I ever owned. Love that bone.

I really like the big cigar jacks especially double ended ones. I once had a mint Case tested 6294J. I think that Napanoch has more character.
