At least 1/4" in length......and looks to be a litter wider near the bottom bolster if not overall.
We will probably will see a fatter spear on this pattern than on the #15, when it becomes available with a spear main.

3.75" vs 3.5"(boys knife)

Should be a bit fatter with thicker/wider blade stock.

More hand friendly IMO

I think that it's probably true that all knife dealers are collectors first Jerry! Alas, lack of funds forces me to sell most, but I do get to inspect and fondle them! Nice work if you can get it!

My buddy and I were running errands yesterday and he had me stop at Randee's Music so he could pick up a guitar. Met a young man who works there that's an outstanding guitar player. You can tell he LOVES his work. How many people get the opportunity to get paid for doing what they love?

My guess is yes. It's not on the Production Schedule yet as you may have noticed......then it looks like there are a few SFO's coming next and some #71's. Probably won't see the #78 until the end of January or so......

I saw some in what I assumed was ebony. Also, some brown jigged something that is presumably bone.

Seems like,GEC has been using more & more of the Macassar Ebony ( with the brown streaks ) on the Tidioute label knives ???----than the Gabon Ebony (really black) ?????___for the ""black-black"' knives---- the African Blackwood models have taken the place, and have the ""Northfield Blings""______always somethin' goin' on for everyone !!!!!

I would rather have the black-black.
