This knife was just given to me by a very dear friend. I am still waiting for it to arrive from the US, and when it arrives, it will be pride of place, in my collection. Schrade is my main love, but this is a very impressive knife at 14 1/2" long, and a mirror polished 9 1/4" blade. A handful indeed.
Tony.

It looks to me as though you've got a very nice knife and also a very nice friend. Congratulations on both!

I love that knife. I have one without the brass blade protector. They come with a black handle, and a white simulated pearl handle. I collect bowie's. I don't have a huge collection, I concentrate on quality. Next I want to get a Cold Steel bowie. I must admit I am envious of your's.

The Case bowie is a very reasonably priced piece of steel.
Enjoy ::tu::

here's what it looks like next to a bunch of other fixed blades.
