All About Pocket Knives

The book As Always, Julia has some letters from Julia Child regarding the "Frozen Heat" kitchen knives made by Robeson. Interesting correspondence. Apparently Julia Child was a collector of kitchen knives and had over 800 chef's knives, or so I have heard.

I hope that I am not violating any copyrights by posting these images of the book pages (mods delete if you think it may be a problem).

I see she liked the Robeson knives but did not like the fact they had to be sent back to the factory for re-sharpening!
