This look right to anyone? Upside down stamp! Nickle silver liners!

Hi;

Nickel silver liners were standard on that pattern until the late 70's.

As to the upside down stamp, it is a legitimate "factory error". For some reason quite a few of that particular pattern were made with that error as I have seen a number of them but only in that pattern.
