All About Pocket Knives

I bought this Case xx Muskrat pocket knife at yardsale for $2.
I would like help dating it & finding out what the handle is possibly made of? It's been roughly used w/ cracked handle & tarnished blades.
Blades still tight & snap back into place nicely.
Probly isn't worth much? Still cool though.
Its 3 7/8" long closed. Have more pics

looks like you got a nice deal. its hard to tell by the picture, but i only see case xx on the blade. that would date the knife to being made between 1940-1964. the handles look to be either red, reddish, or brown and should be bone.

its a nice deal tho for only 2 bucks, well worth the investment, id say, but just my opinion..lol. anyway, hope this helps.
