All About Pocket Knives

Has anyone ever saw this mark before? Any info on this knife at all will be appreciated.
I got it for $1.84 because I liked the case and had a order for another knife from same place, so it got shipped free. It has some real nice engraving in the handle and the case looks like real leather.

It says Hong Kong on the pouch

I was hopping the case was real leather. I have a little Fight'en Rooster pen knife I was going to use it for but it's from Hong Kong I figure, fake leather for sure. That was a $1.84 wasted lol
I'll give it to my wife so she can put it in hear purse.

The pouch is plastic, I have one of these knives.
