That would be a "wharncliffe" blade and I have herd them called farmer jacks. It could be called a wharncliffe half whittler also. I have one just like it made by a different com and that is what they call it. It does have that copperhead look to the one end, kinda like a reverse copperhead.
It is a great looking knife ether way.

Hootie -- I have one like yours, (except for the handles) that was gifted to me by Big Monk (Thank you Monk). I believe Case calls them a mini-copperhead. It's a great little knife. I was drawn to it by the Wharncliffe blade, plus I like Copperheads.

ya the wharncliffe is what drawed me to it. i said to my wife that i liked the shape of the blade and she went out and bought it for me
i played with it for a couple days them packed it up and forgot about it till i was going through a bunch of knives that was put up for years
and found several knives that i had forgot that i even had but anyway back to the knife i really like red bone handels and the wharncliffe
blade and at 3 1/8 inches long it just disapeares in the pocket im really glad i found it now ill have to give it some pocket time

The _2109x is the clip blade mini copperhead
The _2109w designates wharnie blade models.
Jerry's natural bone 109w is item #00283 introduced in 2000.
Unannounced pocket worn series has corn cob jig and PW finishing
but came in standard regular green box (PW in front of module #)
instead of PW denim blue box.
I like the look of the 109 but have trouble handling them.
Find the Ike and 087 pen more to my liking for functionality.
Great looking mini-heads, keep 'em coming!
Here's a 109w in shadowbone w/mismatched handles
but I still like it...kinda like a two for one deal

Here's the only one I have. 1998 NKCA youth knife was a Case baby copperhead. Rear side tang of the smaller blade says 62109X SS.

I only have one Baby Copperhead, it belonged to my Dad. He had worn the blades down to the point the clip blade was almost a needle and the pen was not much better. It was from the CASE XX era. To make it functional and something to carry now and then, Elvis replaced both blades for me a year or so ago. The clip is a 1978 2 dot CV with 62109X on the pile side. The pen blade is from a much newer knife and it is stamped USA/62109W/SS with a half stop. It is still one of Daddy's old knives, even if it has different blades

John, get yourself one, it's my favorite EDC when wearing dress slacks; so light you never notice it's there, it doesn't print a "lump" in your pocket the way a 4" jack-knife or Stockman does, and unlike many pen knives it has enough blade for most normal pocketknife uses. OH
