The cocobolo is somewhat unique but I don't think I've ever seen a bocote like this one...

Very nice. Granted, we all know they're all clean-up knives made with leftover parts, and the only thing N'field about some is the polished blade. That said, I'm pretty sure they've never used that "keyhole" or cloud shield on a bocote wood knife. Pretty neat. Were they EZ opens, I'd have been mighty tempted. Same for the cocobolo.

How do you like the LL version, Ryan? I've got one of each coming and am interested to see how I'm going to like the LL one.

It's ok... I mostly picked it up from a collectors stand point, not as a user. If ya hold it right in your hand ya could use it, but after a previous conversation with Monk I kinda agree... It's a small knife for a liner lock, the non locking version is friendly though .. with all that said, they are very cool and the ebony is a dead knock out on em'!

With all that being said biglmbass... I should have the two others in wood hopefully later on this week... It's kinda different without the easy open, might have been kinda cool to include that on the bocote and cocobolo releases, but I guess that's what makes them unique.
The bocote will be very easy on the eyes...

Good eye biglmbass... Yes! Yes it does... It should be here in a couple of days... Hopefully. the cocobolo is pretty unique as well with the fewer stripes than usual... But it's nothing like the bocote. Wow!

These came in the other day... #85 cocobolo & exotic Mexican bocote.
