Help ID Winchester knife my grandpa gave me please

My grandfather used to run an antique shop before he got Parkinson's and he's given me a Winchester pocket knife that I'd love to know more about. I Google'd around and saw that it may not be a 'real' Winchester knife but either way, can someone tell me anything about this knife? I've taken several photos but there were no numbers or any other identifying marks other than the name.

It isn't an old (1920-1940) Winchester.

That's too bad, but I still like it anyway. Any thing else you can tell me? Don't worry, I won't be upset if it's a cheap Chinese knock-off or whatever, I'm just curious. Thanks again.

Definitely an import.
Search ebay and you'll see numerous listed and sold.
NOW, as a family heirloom......it's priceless as far as I'm concerned.

The resemblance of the blade grind and style to this Buck 703 is remarkable - looks like the heavy-weight style of the Buck 700 series really influenced the designer of the Winchester commemorative knife. Welcome to AAPK Rachel! OH
